Welcome the newest member of the Carolina Health & Wellness family — Camille, our new Patient Care Coordinator! 🎉

What makes this especially meaningful is that we actually met Camille as a patient first. Over the course of her journey with us, she lost an incredible 130 pounds, became a close personal friend, and truly embodies everything we believe in as a clinic.

She’s compassionate, hardworking, encouraging, and we genuinely could not be happier to have her on board.

📩 A message from our Founder Cameron:

Every year around this time, I’m reminded of one thing:

THIS is why we live in Asheville.

The weather, the mountains, everything coming back to life… it just hits different this time of year.

And speaking of things coming to life…

👶 BIG (and exciting) news around the office!

Our very own Elle (Nutritionist) and her husband are expecting their first baby this July!! 🎉

AND…

My wife Caia and I are expecting Baby #2 in September!! 👶

There must be something in the water around here… 😂 We couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead — it’s a special season for our CHW family.

🌴 Spring Break Office Hours (Yes… we’re taking a breather too)

We’ll have modified hours next week:
• Monday (4/6): 9am – 4pm
• Tuesday (4/7): 8am – 4pm
• Wednesday (4/8): 8am – 12pm
• Thursday (4/9): CLOSED
• Friday (4/10): CLOSED
We’ll be back to normal hours the following week, refreshed and ready to go.

Hope you get outside, enjoy the weather, and soak up a little bit of what makes this place so great.
