Most women don’t need another cleanse.
They need their body to finally feel SAFE.

And honestly? A lot of symptoms women are blaming on “toxins,” hormones, aging, or bad genetics are actually coming from the body being chronically stressed, underfed, overstimulated, and stuck in survival mode.

This breast cancer survivor made these changes in LESS than a week after years of running on stress hormones and calling it “normal”:

• Lips stopped peeling and became smooth/full
• Teeth became noticeably whiter
• Belly bloating disappeared
• Constipation improved FAST
• Muscles started activating again
• Felt calmer, lighter, younger, more mobile
• Went from almost an entire pot of coffee a day… to ONE mushroom coffee without forcing it

And no… this wasn’t from another restrictive diet, detox, supplement stack, parasite cleanse, or “healing protocol.”

We focused on:
→ stabilizing blood sugar
→ eating enough protein + carbs

• unable to heal despite “doing everything right”

You cannot heal a stressed body by stressing it more.

More fasting.
More restriction.
More cleanses.
More supplements.
More fear around food.

Your symptoms are not always a sign your body is “toxic.”
Sometimes they’re a sign your body has been screaming for safety, nourishment, and rest for years.

When the body finally feels safe, healing happens FAST.

Your kids don’t need a perfect parent. But they need a present one.

When stress hormones run everything — cortisol and adrenaline stay chronically elevated.

For moms, ovulation shuts down.

Progesterone drops.

Estrogen dominates.

For dads, testosterone tanks (and getting shots makes reactivity even worse).

Sleep fractures. Anxiety rises. Digestion shuts off.

Blood sugar crashes — which spikes more adrenaline — which spikes more cortisol.

Thyroid suppresses.

Weight regulation fails.

That’s not a list of separate symptoms.

That’s one system locked in survival mode.

And the people who live with you feel every bit of it — the reactivity, the absence, the depletion.

F**k your rules and restrictions.

What are your goals?

When you approach food with anxiety, fear, doubt and scarcity, you trigger fight or flight with every bite.

But when food is moving you toward your goals -

Healing

Fertility

Strength

Energy

Confidence…

You become anti-fragile.

And the rules lose their power.

Because now your choices are fueled by desire.

The desire to feel better.

The desire to be better.

Where did people get the idea that you could fix iron toxicity with copper toxicity?

It’s been something I am constantly working to debunk.

Copper is used in IUDs to cause infertility.

Copper toxicity is arguably WORSE than iron toxicity.

And it definitely won’t fix your iron.

Yes you do need copper for many things, including iron regulation.

But get it from food.

Like bee pollen.

I put it on my Greek yogurt with strawberry jam and berries.

Stop falling for this nonsense.

Get out of your body’s way so it can heal.

Look at the dramatic increase in chronic illness and fertility issues that aligns perfectly with the dramatic increase in dietary iron of the late 80s to early 90s.

This is no coincidence.

Scroll through the small sample of studies linking the two.

Stop chasing the symptoms.

Suppression makes things worse.

It’s not parasites, sugar, gluten or dairy.

Or even glyphosate (bad but not the root cause).

It’s hidden in plain sight because no one thinks something as essential to life as iron could also be dangerous.

Too much of a good thing, as the saying goes.

Now you know.

And your doctors don’t know.

Your holistic practitioner and your wellness influencer don’t know.

Vitamin K2—especially MK-7—is one of the missing links I see over and over in people dealing with iron dysregulation + insulin resistance.

Here’s why it matters 👇

K2 helps direct calcium where it belongs (bones, teeth) and keeps it out of soft tissues (arteries, joints, organs). When K2 is low, calcium can accumulate in the wrong places—this is often seen alongside inflammation, poor metabolic health, and disrupted iron handling.

MK-7 (a form of K2) is especially powerful because it stays active in the body longer, helping regulate proteins involved in:
• Glucose metabolism
• Insulin sensitivity
• Vascular health
• Inflammation control

👉 In the context of iron dysregulation, this matters. Poor mineral balance (iron + calcium + magnesium) + chronic inflammation = metabolic dysfunction. K2 helps restore order.

BUT—supplements are not the foundation.

The goal is always food first, especially forms of K2 your body recognizes best:
✔️ MK-4 (animal-based)
✔️ MK-7 (fermented foods)

🥩 High MK-4 foods:
• Grass-fed butter
• Egg yolks
• Liver
• Full-fat dairy

🥢 High MK-7 foods:
• Natto (highest by far)
• Aged cheeses (gouda, brie)
• Fermented foods (sauerkraut, kefir—smaller amounts)

⚖️ K1 vs K2 (important distinction):
• K1 (phylloquinone) = found in leafy greens → mainly supports blood clotting
• K2 (menaquinone) = found in animal + fermented foods → regulates calcium, supports metabolism, heart, and bone health

Most people get plenty of K1… but are deeply lacking in K2.

⚠️ When might you need MK-7 supplementation?
If you’re dealing with:
• High ferritin / iron overload patterns
• Insulin resistance
• Chronic inflammation
• Poor dental or bone health

A short-term supplement can help stabilize things and get you out of a deficit…
But long-term health = consistent intake from real food.

This is about rebuilding mineral balance—not chasing symptoms.
