A New Chapter:
This December I'm relocating to South Florida to be closer to family, a change I've felt drawn toward for some time. Asheville has shaped so much of this work, and this community most of all. Thank you!
I'll keep visiting, maybe with a pop-up event or two. We'll see how the future shapes up.
Sessions run through November here in Asheville. If you've been meaning to come, this fall is the window.

August 28–30 is the in-person weekend of the Sound Healing Training — three days with the bowls in your hands, learning how they work and how to hold space with them.

We cover the instruments themselves, what happens in the body when sound settles the nervous system, and the full protocol I use in my own practice.

By design, I take one or two students at a time.

Every year I bring my Himalayan bowls into the Omega middle school wellness program. We talked about sound healing, frequency and how our body doesn't only hear sound, it feels it.

Then we stop, feel & listen.

I really love about this age is how honest they are. They'll tell you exactly what they felt, or that they felt nothing at all. To be expected.

Today a friend gave me a VST session with my own bowls. Today I was the body.
Practitioners talk a lot about holding space. We talk less about being held. But you can't keep pouring from a bowl you never fill.

Women's retreat from June. My favorite part of any session is the silence, that stretches after the last bowl fades where nobody moves and nobody wants to.
