I took a canvas that I've painted multiple images on and poured the intense emotions in my heart out onto it's surface (not shown). Next was a layer of transformative words, mostly "yes". I let it rest for a few days and then decided to paint something different, something fun I found on youtube. In this case, a simple image of a girl. I thought it was pretty funny that her initial expression wasn't really in alignment with "yes"! Since this image is probably a representation of an aspect of me, it was a great experience to continue painting and see her come into somewhat harmony with the background. She's cautious. One step at a time for her! 🥰🙏💖🌈
