Weekly Qigong + Meditation, New Time & Location
We’re excited to share a new home and time for our weekly Qigong and Meditation class.
Join us Thursday afternoons from 1:30–3:00pm at the Ayurprana Listening Room for a deeply nourishing, embodied practice.
This class includes an hour of Qigong—gentle, intentional movements that support energy flow, vitality, and grounding. We also explore foundational martial arts principles such as stance training and alignment, cultivating both strength and ease in the body.
Alison weaves in teachings from Daoist philosophy, including Chinese 5 Element Theory, the Ba Gua and 8 Trigrams, and the meridian system, offering insight into how movement supports the health of our organs and overall well-being.
Each class includes a group meditation (standing or seated), followed by open space for questions, reflection, and shared experience. Together, we cultivate a sense of spiritual community and connection.
If you’ve been looking for a group to train with, a space to practice, or a community to support your inner stillness, this may be for you.
