What if the emotions you’re trying to get rid of are actually trying to show you something?

This is one of the things I help people explore:

1. Notice the trigger.
Pause before reacting and notice the thoughts, emotions, and sensations happening in your body.

2. Get curious instead of trying to fix it.
Ask: *What is this reaction protecting? What am I actually afraid of, needing, or believing underneath it?*

3. Create a different response.
When you understand the pattern underneath the emotion, you can begin responding from conscious choice instead of automatically repeating an old survival strategy.

This is how we move from reactivity → awareness → choice.

I’m currently looking for 2 people who want to explore one emotional trigger or repeating pattern with me in a free 40-minute private session.

Comment **“READY”** or send me a DM if you want one of the spots. 🤍

What if the patterns keeping you from the relationship, health, and life you desire are not conscious?

I’m looking for 5 people who are ready to explore and process the unconscious emotional patterns and resistance that may be keeping them stuck — whether that’s in attracting an aligned partner, creating healthier relationships, or feeling more connected and supported in their body.

I’m offering a FREE 40-minute private session in exchange for your honest feedback afterward. 🤍

Comment READY below or DM me and I’ll send you the details.

What if the thing that frustrates you most about your partner is showing you something about yourself?

A woman I worked with felt deeply frustrated with her husband.

She felt like he often behaved like a little boy instead of her partner. And when she didn’t want s*xual intimacy, he would take it personally, become hurt, and react emotionally.

The more he reacted, the less attracted to him she felt.

Instead of focusing on how to change him, we did a simple exercise:

Where does the same energy she dislikes in him live inside of her?

Not as blame. Not to excuse his behavior.

But with curiosity.

What part of her still feels like a little girl?
What does that part need?
What is this relationship bringing to the surface that is asking to be seen and healed?

That simple shift changed the way she saw the dynamic.

Because sometimes our relationships don’t just show us who the other person is.

They reveal the parts of ourselves we haven’t fully met yet.

If this resonates with something happening in your own relationship, comment “ME” or send me a DM. 🤍

I’ll send you a link for a free 40-minute call with me, where we can explore what your current relationship patterns may be trying to show you.

One meditation “best practice” I don’t agree with: “Just observe your thoughts and let them go.”

Sometimes your thoughts aren’t just noise to disregard—they’re pointing toward something that wants your attention.

When fear, shame, worry, procrastination, or the same negative thought keeps showing up, I believe meditation can be an opportunity to go deeper: notice the thought, notice where you feel it in your body, and meet it with curiosity and compassion. Ask: What is this thought trying to protect me from? What is it afraid would happen if it stopped warning me?

Meditation isn’t always about quieting the mind. Sometimes it’s about listening deeply enough to understand why the mind became so loud in the first place.

Do you use meditation to quiet your thoughts—or to understand them?

I used to have no idea what to do with my emotions.

I thought being spiritual meant staying positive, focusing on gratitude, raising my vibration — and trying to get rid of anything that felt “negative.”

But eventually I realized something:

The more we resist an emotion, the louder it becomes.

What we suppress doesn’t simply disappear. It can stay held in the body as tension, stress, numbness, or patterns we keep repeating.

That realization completely changed the way I relate to my emotions.

Instead of asking, “How do I get rid of this feeling?” I started asking, “What is this feeling trying to show me, and how can I actually move through it?”

That’s why I created a free workbook where I share a little of my own journey, what I’ve learned about emotions, and simple ways to begin working with what you feel instead of fighting it.

I also created a guided meditation specifically for processing fear. 🤍

You’re not “high vibe” if your gratitude is helping you avoid your anger.

We can talk all day about joy and gratitude being the highest vibrational states.

But if you’re using joy, gratitude, or positivity to bypass anger, grief, pain, disappointment, or resentment—you’re not practicing spirituality.

You’re practicing spiritual bypassing.

Your anger isn’t something you need to rise above.

Your anger can show you your boundaries.
Your grief can show you what you deeply loved.
Your pain can show you what matters to you.
Your resentment can show you where you may have abandoned yourself.

These emotions carry information.

When you stop labeling parts of yourself as “negative” and actually allow yourself to meet and integrate them, you begin to discover who you really are underneath the conditioning.

Your desires.
Your values.
Your boundaries.
Your truth.

Spirituality isn’t about becoming so “high vibe” that nothing touches you anymore.

It’s about becoming whole enough to let all of you exist.

Because there’s a difference between being at peace and performing peace.

And maybe the highest vibration isn’t constant joy or gratitude.

Maybe it’s authenticity.

What emotion were you taught was “bad” or “unspiritual” to feel?

Here are three mistakes people make when trying to understand themselves and live in greater alignment:

“I just need to meditate more.”
“Maybe I need to try yet another healing technique.”
“I probably just need to push myself harder.”

Plot twist: You may not need to do more. You may need to slow down and actually listen to yourself.

*What happens to your relationships when you were never allowed to be angry?*

The state of the world that we are in right now — wars, poverty, jealousy, competition within one s*x or between s*xes — is, in many ways, the result of trauma.
One of the main energies that trauma has created is unprocessed anger.
Women are angry at men. Men are angry at women. Women are angry at women for not receiving love from their mothers. Men are angry at men because of betrayal by their fathers.
And we’re carrying all of this inside — this collective anger — and projecting it onto other people we meet.
We get into abusive relationships, gather more of the same energy, and then we wonder: what the hell is happening? Why is the Earth dying? Why are there so many heartbreaks, divorces, deaths, and so much misery on this planet?
Anger is one of the most powerful energies.
Anger is the fire of your being.
Anger shows you where you begin and the other person ends. Anger is an indicator of your boundaries, your values, and your ambition.

Anger can protect, and it can destroy.

The collective right now is infected by poisonous anger — unprocessed anger, anger that is held inside and mixed with resentment.
Allowing that anger to be seen, processed, felt, and released is one of the ways we heal ourselves, one by one, as parts of this big organism we call Earth.
If what I’m saying resonates with you, if you feel like you’re keeping stuck anger inside, if you snap at your children, if you’re afraid to put up boundaries but sometimes feel like you’re boiling inside for no reason — know that you might be one of those people who were hurt in the past but were never able to speak their truth, be seen, and be held in a compassionate space.
If you’re one of these human beings, then the space I am offering is for you.
I myself have been through a lot of pain, and integrating my anger became a pivotal point in my healing — in owning my power and understanding who I am as a person, with my values, my boundaries, and my authenticity.

If this resonates with you, comment below or follow the link to schedule a free 30-minute discovery call with me.

Your anger is sacred.
