Strength training & plyometric phase of recovery for MCL sprain ft. our clinic aide Lauren! 🙌🏒

Lauren is a college hockey player who this past season suffered a level 1.5 medial collateral ligament sprain on her right knee.

Her recovery process has been progressing very well and she is now onto more advanced exercises that are getting her ready for back to sport! 🥅🏒
