Welcome Michael Rigsby, A New Member Of Our Ashland Prosthetic’s Family!!
It was an exciting day at our office today when Michael got to walk for the first time in his right, temporary, prosthetic leg.
This patient was amputated in January, but had fallen a couple times and had trouble healing due to those falls.
Finally, he was released to move forward to receive an artificial limb by the fantastic medical group of Tri-State Vascular at UK KDMC, and look at him now!!
We’re so happy to see this guy walk again, and there’s no doubt he was on cloud 9 today while walking.
Keep Up The Great Work Michael!! We’re So Proud Of You!

Everyone Welcome Bradley Stump To Our Ashland Prosthetic’s Family!!
Bradley received his (left), transfemoral (above knee) temporary, prosthetic leg today and he walked very well for his first time ambulating since his amputation several months ago.
Mr. Stump has kept his faith through all he’s been through, and with his mental and physical dedication, along with hard work, he shows us all he’s ready to move forward with his life.
Bradley’s wife Judy, has been his biggest cheerleader and there’s no doubt her being by his side has definitely helped him get through everything successfully.
Great Job Brad!! We’re So Thankful To See You Walking Again!❤️🙏👏🦵🎉🧡
Mr. Stump was delivered his prosthetic limb by,

Get Ready!! Rickey’s Back!!
Our Ashland Prosthetuc’s family are happy to have Rickey Verne back with us!
Rickey is a bilateral,( right and left) below knee amputee who has been walking at a K3 functional level in prosthetic limbs for several years.
in the past Rickey has been a very active, independent man walking in his prosthetic limbs. He could dance, drive, and walk in any location he chose
Four years ago, Ricky was in an automobile accident that put him in the hospital for weeks. He underwent several surgeries and has been unable to wear or walk in prosthetic limbs since his accident. Yesterday he received, and slowly walked in his first set of bilateral (right/left) prosthetic limbs for the first time since his accident. He’s going to start therapy next week, and let me tell you something, he may be weak now, but this guy will be walking, and dancing again soon,
I guarantee it! For his designs, on his prosthetic legs he wanted a picture of The Lion of Judah, with Bible verses that everyone will be able to see.
You’ll never have a conversation without him bringing up God and what all he’s done for him. He’s thankful and says he feels blessed that he’s still alive.
Let’s give him some encouraging words to get Rickey back on the road to recovery as he learns to walk again in prosthetic limbs!
We love you Rickey!! You’ve Got Thus!!❤️🦵🧡🦵🎉

We Are Requesting Immediate Prayers For Sherry Frye, Member Of Our Ashland Prosthetic’s Family!
Sherry had a stroke yesterday and is in UK KDMC
(Kings Daughters) Hospital.
She will be having stents put in tomorrow to hopefully assist with supplying her adequate blood flow, and stop her from having any more strokes. She said the doctor told her if it didn’t work, she’ll have bypass heart surgery.
Everyone join us as we pray for Sherry.
She’s one tough lady and has overcome losing both of her legs to amputation, and amazingly has been able to walk in a left above knee, and right below knee prosthetic limbs.
This pretty lady is a walking example showing us all if you stay dedicated to what you want, and work hard at it, you can move forward in your life after sickness and amputations!
We love you Sherry and pray for God to take control of this situation as he has before.
Lots of Love, Prayers, And Hugs Sent Your Way.

Everyone Meet New Member Of Our Ashland Prosthetic’s Family, Joanne Black!!
Joanne is one beautiful lady, and one of the sweetest people you will ever meet.
She had to have her left leg amputated above the knee in the spring months of this year, due to vascular blockage ,and wow is she advancing quickly with her walking!
Today Miss Black was delivered her permanent transfemoral, above knee prosthetic limb at our Ashland, Ky. office, and she got to walk using a hydraulic knee for the first time. She’s a positive person with a great attitude who has learned quickly of how to advance as an amputee who uses, and controls her artificial limb. Joanne has been tough mentally and physically since the first day we met her and this is why she is doing so well.
This lady strives to move forward and is a walking success!!
She stated today she wasn’t going to let this amputation beat her and let me tell you, she’s definitely the winner!
We’re so proud of you Joanne, and thankful to be the prosthetic team you’ve chosen to be a part of your life.
We love you sweet lady!! ❤️🙏👏🦵🎉
