We are on the hunt again for furnings for replaced veterans and individuals in our surrounding communities.
We need: Dressers, chest of drawers, side tables, end tables, coffee tables, kitchen/dining tables, chairs, recliners, loveseats, couches (no hidden mattresses), lamps, metal bed frames, cookware, bakeware, Tupperware, glasses (no alcoholic glasses, small kitchen appliances, and silverware.

Dear friends and acquaintances,
We are slowly getting back into the groove of helping people in need.

We need to start collecting donations of furniture, kitchen items, and having the understanding that we are not going to jump back in the community hard like we used to.

Our hearts are still shattered into a billion of pieces and honoring Cally by keeping our strength up-we are trying to get some sort of routine back in all of our lives.

Donna the president of the charity, I, Gwendolyn on the board of directors of the charity, and Bruce, Donna’s son who helps load and deliver items from donations to the needs of people- we need to feel purpose again. Our purpose now is minimal at best. Given our grief.

The charity has requests coming in from Welcome Home, Truman hospital/Veterans Hospital, and other assistance agencies in the local area.

We are in need of the following items:
Couches
Loveseats
Recliners
Chairs
Kitchen tables
Dining tables
Tv trays
Folding chairs
Kitchen chairs
Dining chairs
Lamps
Metal bed frames
Entertainment stands for TVs
TVs- small/med Will not take giant TVs.
Kitchen items- to cook, bake, or eat on.
Kitchen small appliances.

Items need to be in boxes or bags for smaller items. We can arrange to pickup or be present at drop off.

I, Gwendolyn Coatney, created this page for the charity created by Donna Tarka.

I am making this post as a way to cease any charitable work in this time for myself to grieve for the loss of my daughter. We do not know when our services will resume at this time. Please do not send any requests for items at this time.
There is a go fund me account named Rally for Cally should anyone be able to donate. Thank you for the prayers and support.

Hello and good evening. We have been getting a lot of referrals/request for items, from Columbia, Fulton, and Jefferson City areas, where we are running bare of a lot of items.

The charity is low on inventory at the moment and needs anything kitchen related to service our requests in the local area. Please contact us if you have any of the following items to donate:

potholders/oven Mits

We are out of furniture at the moment except extremely large dining tables. If you have items to donate please contact us- we will pickup items! Picking up donations of furniture this weekend!!

***We also need dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and cooking utensils.

Good morning everyone!

We are extremely low on furniture right now that we are going to have to make this post.

We are out of living room, bedroom, and kitchen furniture furnishings.

We still have a lot of bedding, towels and kitchenwares and bakeware, that we will continue to deliver to people in need.

Should you know someone getting rid of furniture, lamps, kitchen items, decor items, please share our charity information with them. We run off the word of mouth and those who know about our charity.

We are continuing to take clothing in and distributing to the remaining open free stores all across Missouri.

We are in need of the following items:
Bedroom, living room, kitchen furniture, and outdoor furniture.
Toasters, toaster ovens, coffee pots/makers, blenders, handheld mixers, can openers, kitchen utensils, bake and cook wares, pots/pans, silverware, drinking glasses (not alcoholic), metal bed frames (that hold up the boxspring/mattress), lamps, shower curtains/rods, curtains and rods.

Cleaning supplies: laundry soap, bleach, and other items.

Now the non accepting items:

No electronics that are in non-working order.

No used medical supplies. Will take walkers, shower chairs, wheelchairs, and any equipment that helps the elderly.

Absolutely no hospital beds.

No magazines/newspapers.

We are very low on furniture at the moment and have a lot of referrals being sent our way. We love to assist all requests however we can only aid in what we have in inventory at the time of the request.

Please share, as this is our only method of getting our charity known in Missouri!

Our truck is in the shop as Gwendolyn experienced the brake line bursting last week.
Is anyone able to get donations from a Sedalia home to Ashland as we do not know how long it will take to get the truck back from being repaired?

As this donation is a full bed truck load worth needing picked up Saturday early morning.
