Cupping is something I truly love to incorporate into my sessions—and the best part? I don’t charge extra for it.

There are two different cupping techniques I offer, each with its own benefits:

✨ Stationary (parked) cupping
This is where the cups are placed and left in one area for a few minutes. It helps to deeply release tight muscles, increase circulation to specific spots, and can be especially effective for stubborn tension or chronic areas of discomfort.

✨ Gliding cupping (fascial release)
This technique involves gently moving the cups across the skin, creating a lifting effect that helps separate and release fascia (the connective tissue surrounding your muscles). It’s a targeted approach that can improve mobility, reduce restrictions, support lymphatic drainage, and leave your body feeling more open and fluid.

Depending on your body and what you’re needing that day, I can use one technique or combine both during your session. Every appointment is tailored to you—your comfort, your goals, and what your body is asking for.

✨ Now Offering Lymphatic Drainage Massage ✨

I completed a lymphatic drainage course in December and I’m excited to now offer it into my sessions.

If you’re used to my deep tissue, cupping, skin scaping or medical massage work, this is very different. Lymphatic drainage uses very light, rhythmic touch—no deep pressure, no forcing. It works with the body’s natural flow rather than against it, supporting the lymphatic system, nervous system, and overall regulation.

Many people describe it as feeling almost like energy work—subtle, calming, and deeply grounding. It can help with inflammation, swelling, stress, recovery, and that heavy or “stuck” feeling in the body.

I’ll only use lymphatic drainage techniques for clients who want it, or if during a session I feel like your body would truly benefit from it—and I’ll always communicate with you first. This work can be incorporated at the beginning of a session, blended with therapeutic massage, or offered as a full lymphatic-focused session depending on your needs.

And don’t worry—if light pressure isn’t your thing, I still got you 😌 I’m very much still offering (and loving) my usual skin scraping, cupping, deep tissue, and medical massage work.

I’m an essential oil girlie 🌿 and sometimes I forget to ask if you’d like me to use any during your session—so if you have favorites, please don’t hesitate to let me know! 🥰 I never charge extra for essential oils.

Here are some of my current favorite blends:
• Sage & black pepper
• Patchouli & lime
• Lavender with vanilla or rosemary
• Cedar & sage (traditional vibes) 🪶
• Thyme, basil & marjoram (herb garden baddie edition)
• Peppermint with a citrus twist like bergamot, lime, sweet orange, or grapefruit
