Are you looking to create healthier habits for the new year? Then try some of these small shifts to your routine! 🤸

Small Shifts #4: Stay Hydrated! 💧
Healthy older adults should consume around 3 to 6 cups of water daily to stay hydrated and to keep your body functional!

It doesn't necessarily have to be water; water-rich foods such as soups, fruits, and vegetables can also count toward your daily intake! 🥣😋 Other tips and tricks to increase your fluids include:
• Use a larger glass. 🥛
• Use a straw if it helps you drink more. 🧃
• Have a glass of water at snack time and during your meals. 🥗
• Use a pitcher or bottle with markings so that you can resolve to drink throughout the day. 🧊
