**How long does an Energy Sound Therapy session last, and when might you notice a difference?**

These are two of the questions I'm asked most often!

✨ Most sessions last about **2 hours**.

✨ Many clients notice a shift within **24 hours**, while others experience changes more gradually. Every healing journey is unique.

If you're working through deeply rooted emotional patterns, more than one session may be beneficial. We'll talk through your goals and determine the best approach together.
