Renewing You Therapy / Tina Kemp

Renewing You Therapy / Tina Kemp Energy Sound Therapy is a science-based, alternative therapy. Energy Sound Healing is a “holistic” approach to emotional healing.

We use natural, non-invasive techniques to clear your energy and re-center you, leading to a more balanced life. Our results are safe, fast, effective and non-invasive. Using a form of non-force kinesiology, we identify negative energy that is stored within your body. We then use specific sound frequencies that resonate within the body to remove those negative thoughts and unwanted energy. Through

this "clearing", you will experience an inner calmness, clearer thinking, and the ability to be more focused.

If you don’t feel a dramatic shift during your Energy Sound Therapy appointment, that's completely okay – and more common than you might think!

Energy Sound Therapy works at a subconscious level, which means you don't need to consciously feel something happening in the moment for healing to be taking place. Many clients don't notice a dramatic shift during the session itself, but find a weight lifted hours later, or wake up the next morning feeling noticeably lighter, calmer, or more at peace.

My advice is to just trust the process. Your body is doing the work, even when you can't feel it happening in real time.

➡️ If you've done a session with me, when did you feel the weight shift?

Sometimes the hardest part about healing isn't the healing itself. It's believing you're worthy of feeling better!

I see this with so many of my clients. Men and women who've spent years taking care of everyone else, who feel guilty for wanting to address their own pain, who worry that focusing on their healing is somehow selfish.

✨ But when YOU heal, everyone around you benefits.
When you release the trapped emotions that have been weighing you down, you show up differently in your relationships. You have more patience with your kids, more compassion for your partner, more energy for the people and causes you care about.

Energy Sound Therapy is about becoming the person you were meant to be before life taught you to shrink, quiet your needs, and carry everyone else's emotions.

You deserve to feel peaceful. You deserve to feel joy. You deserve to take up space in your own life! Fill out the contact form on my website when you're ready to put yourself first: https://www.renewingyoutherapy.com/contact

In a world that glorifies being busy, giving yourself permission to simply stop can feel almost radical, but it might be the most healing thing you do all day.

You are not a machine built for endless output; you are a human being who needs stillness, silence, and space to reconnect with yourself. Please don't wait until you're completely depleted to give yourself that gift.

What if this Mental Health Awareness Month, you gave yourself permission to feel fully ALIVE again?

Sometimes life gets so full - so busy, so heavy, so focused on everyone else - that we slowly lose touch with the vibrant, joyful version of ourselves we once knew.

➡️ That person isn't gone. They're simply waiting underneath the layers of stress, grief, and unprocessed emotion that have quietly accumulated over time.

Taking care of your mental health isn't just about managing the hard days. It's about reclaiming the good ones! Rediscovering the joy, lightness, and sense of being genuinely, deeply present in your own life.

Mental Health Awareness Month isn't just about recognizing mental illness. It can also be about celebrating mental wellness as something we can actively cultivate!

➡️ Mental health exists on a spectrum. You don't need a diagnosis to benefit from prioritizing your emotional well-being. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, grief, depression, or simply the everyday overwhelm of daily life, I want to encourage you to take intentional steps to care for your mental health. It's honestly one of the most important things you can do.

Start with just 10 minutes a day. Everyone can find 10 minutes, but you have to be intentional about it.

Ask yourself: What brings you joy? What helps you relax? What rejuvenates your spirit?
• Reading a few pages of a book
• Stepping outside and feeling the sun on your face
• Practicing deep breathing
• Journaling your thoughts
• Listening to music that moves you
• Taking a slow, warm shower

But you have to make your daily 10 minutes non-negotiable. Your mental health deserves the same attention you give to brushing your teeth or feeding your family.

Remember: You can't pour from an empty cup. Taking care of yourself isn't selfish – it's how you ensure you have something beautiful to offer the world.

What will your 10 minutes look like? 👇

This Mental Health Awareness Month, let's flip the script. Mental health doesn't have to be "what's wrong with me" – it can be about what you're actively doing RIGHT for your mental well-being!

All of us are pouring from our emotional cups constantly – for our kids, our partners, our work, our communities. We give and give and give... until our bucket is completely empty, and then we wonder why we feel exhausted, irritable, and overwhelmed. 😔

But what if taking care of your mental health wasn't selfish, but essential? What if those 10 minutes you carve out for yourself each day actually made you a better parent, partner, and friend?

Whether it's sitting with your morning coffee in silence, taking a walk around the block, listening to your favorite song, or simply breathing deeply for a few moments, these small actions aren't luxuries. They're necessities.

Your mental health matters. Your well-being matters. YOU matter.

If you've been running on empty and you're ready to prioritize filling your own cup, I'm here to help. 🫶 Energy Sound Therapy can help release the trapped emotions that keep you stuck in patterns of self-neglect and overwhelm.

Have you thought about trying some “emotional spring cleaning” this season? Just remember that you don't need to have your entire healing journey mapped out before you begin!

Often, the most peaceful thing we can do is release what we've been carrying without needing to know exactly what will fill that space next.

Just trust that when we clear away the old emotional clutter, room naturally opens up for whatever wants to bloom in our lives. 🌼

I'm humbled to share a recent client story that recently hit my inbox. Pete's healing journey has taken time, but the efforts have been so worthwhile!

"I came to Renewing You and Tina Kemp to see if I had emotional blockages that played a part in my overall health. I’ve had a rather normal life, with hardly any “depressed” days, and I’m able to smile most of the time about life issues. In my sessions, GRIEF was a major emotion that was blocked. Growing up, I had six people close to me die by su***de. Tina was able to use her divine purpose to allow me to release these losses. With her intention, care, love, and gratitude, it was easy. I have also released other major blockages. I feel much more at ease and blissful; just a relaxed feeling. It took multiple visits, but it was worth the time and money. So ask yourself: “Do I have emotional blockages? Can I improve? Are you worth it?” Only you are responsible for your well-being. Give yourself permission to get better. You can change. By releasing emotional blockages, they no longer have to sabotage your physical and emotional well-being. You will sense a change. Think you are worth it; it sure helped me." - Pete

Are you ready to experience real change? Let’s get a session on the books.
