Our 3rd annual Memorial Day Murph is in the books!!! Big thanks to for organizing a great day of community and camaraderie and to all who participated!! We had 29 athletes complete the Murph workout and raised $1000 for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which will go directly toward providing mortgage-free homes to the families of heroes who lost their lives in combat or from service-related injuries. This was a great physical feat for a great cause with a great group of humans 💪🙌🇺🇸

We are excited to announce that our Evoke Physio team is growing!! Introducing Dr. Tyra Rojtas, DPT!! Tyra is a Certified Pelvic Health Specialist and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and is dry needling certified. Her special interests include chronic pain, pregnancy/postpartum rehab, pelvic floor dysfunction, back and pelvic pain, perimenopause and menopause support, and preoperative/postoperative care for urological and gynecological surgeries. Welcome to the Evoke family, Tyra!!

Please join me in welcoming Dr. Nate Neff DPT to our growing Evoke Physio team! Nate brings an incredible amount of orthopedic experience from his past 9 years at Howard Head Sports Medicine in Vail, CO. Nate is a Certified Sports Specialist (CSC), Manual Therapy Certified (MTC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Dry Needling Certified (FDN), and Emergency Medical Responder in Athletics certified (ERA). Nate has served as the Head of Physical Therapy for the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) for the past 3 years, as well as lead therapist for Dr. Peter Millett, orthopedic and sports medicine specialist from the Steadman Clinic. Nate is returning to his Western Pennsylvania roots as he transitions back to Pittsburgh with his family and we could not be more excited for him to join the Evoke team. His schedule is now open, so please reach out to schedule an appointment for physical therapy or to get on his training schedule!! Welcome 🙌
