I used to train the body parts I wanted to change and ignore the rest. 🤦♀️
Now at 53, I know better.
If you want a strong, balanced upper body, you need to train your chest, back AND shoulders. Not just your “problem areas.”
SAVE THIS UPPER BODY WORKOUT 👇
1️⃣ Dumbbell Bench Press
3 sets × 6–10 reps
2️⃣ Lat Pulldown
3 sets × 10-12 reps
3️⃣ Dumbbell Shoulder Press
3 sets × 8-10 reps
4️⃣ Single-Arm Cable Row
3 sets × 10 reps each side
5️⃣ Dumbbell Lateral Raise
3 sets × 10–12 reps
6️⃣ Sinhle Arm Cable Rear Delt Fly
3 sets × 10 reps each side
Yes, biceps and triceps matter too. I train those directly on my second upper-body day.
You do NOT need to train six days a week or spend 90 minutes in the gym to build muscle.
You need a well-designed program that trains your entire body and gives you a way to progressively get stronger.
