In not taking Good Care of ourselves..our Bodies...our Minds and our Spirits, our Joy,our Passions, etc. etc... we may find ourselves facing struggles with our health, job, finances, loss, disappointment, etc. Life begins to feel hard, empty and meaningless. Having been through career burnout, a nervous breakdown at an early age, anxiety, depression, grief, deep loss of my dear mother, and healing from dis-ease, I understand the feelings of emptiness, despair, abandonment and the desperate search for a more Meaningful and Purposeful life. The big question..."Is this all there is?" was the beginning of a spiritual journey that has led me on the path to my greatest blessings, to the riches of my heart and put me back on the path of A Most Meaningful, Purposeful and Passionate Life! And I can assist you through your transitions and transformations too!! Once I learned to really connect with my own inner light and power along with the use of some transformational, fun, playful and creative tools(which I share in my coaching) I have been able to truly heal, transform and transition into the person I always imagined Being. I have crossed many bridges, journeyed through the deep, dark caverns of my own soul and know the terrains well. I believe strongly in Miracles and the Magic each of us came here to create.
