This. : )

After a drink from the “bird” bath, and with a full tummy from the feeder, they stretch outside my window at work, on cool concrete that passes by shade gardens and delivers local yocals to their favorite yoga studio. In giving, we receive, what is left is gratitude and the will to continue caring. It is the bowl’s emptiness that makes it useful.
In giving, we receive. It is a privilege to care for others when so many can barely care for themselves, so I am full of gratitude, and my squirrel neighbors’ tummies are cool and full, too. : ) 🙏

Word of the week: Sploot.

Thanks to the heat wave, you may be seeing wildlife demonstrating this behavior on sidewalks, patios, or other cool surfaces. And if you're stuck outside in the heat, feel free to do your best squirrel impression and sploot.

Got kiddos? Yep, me too. I get it! It can be hard to find time for self-care with little ones needing to be with you. So, I’ve made a Kiddo-Corner with plenty of distractions so you can receive the care you need, while the munchkins have the fun they need! There’s even a Treasure Chest full of toys to take home as a reward for helping Mommy or Daddy take care of themselves! Come schedule a play-date/acupuncture-treatment; your Mind, Body, and Spirit will thank you! : )
