Meet June Balch . . .

We recently said goodbye to June as she transitioned to retirement mode in late August. This awesome lady / superhero / rockstar devoted twenty-four years of her life serving our consumers at HAVAR, Inc.

We are sad to know June won't be a day-to-day member of our HAVAR team, but we wish her the very best of luck as she turns to a new chapter in the book of her life . . . retirement. You earned it, June!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whoo-hoo! HAVAR just received an award this month in recognition of our high rate of compliance and responsiveness in learning our new electronic system for medication administration so quickly in Athens!

Our statement of thanks:

We at HAVAR, Inc. are honored and grateful to receive this recognition from Impruvon. Our greatest responsibility is to provide the highest quality care possible for the individuals we serve, and that commitment led us to partner with Impruvon last year.

From the beginning, the professionalism, responsiveness and expertise of the Impruvon team have enabled HAVAR to implement our services more quickly and effectively. The collaboration has provided us with invaluable commitment to excellence in care, and we extend our sincere thanks to Impruvon for their support and partnership.

Our very own Ryan S. with a bike that was graciously donated by Tim at Athens Bike Works and Rental when Ryan's previous bike was damaged beyond repair. Thanks, Tim! We're sure the bike will be well used in all of Ryan's day to day adventures for many years to come!

We are incredibly grateful to Movies 10 for welcoming BBAC, Echoing Connections and RHDD for a special screening of Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Experiences like these remind us of how important inclusion, accessibility, and community partnerships are. Thank you for being a local Superhero and helping to make movie magic available to everyone! 🎬🕸️✨

Special thank you to Melissa Rutter at Movies 10 and HAVAR/BBAC's own, Ireland Morton, for working together to make this event happen.
