My girls aren’t holding me back from chasing my dreams.
They’re growing right alongside me as we chase them together. 🤍
That is a huge part of why I wanted to create Grace Therapy & Wellness.
A space where women can come to heal.
Where moms don’t have to choose between caring for themselves and caring for their babies.
Where children can receive the support they need.
Where women can support women.
And where families can feel welcomed, seen, and cared for.
GTW has become more than a place for therapy.
It’s becoming a community.
A place where clinicians can grow.
Where small businesses can find a place to land.
Where professionals can collaborate instead of competing.
Where we can create something bigger together.
I believe wellness is more than what happens inside a treatment room. It’s the environment we create, the people we surround ourselves with, and the community we build.
