Perimenopause doesn’t always look like “hot flashes.” 👀
Sometimes it looks like:
• Exhaustion no amount of sleep fixes
• Mood swings that don’t feel like you
• Anxiety out of nowhere
• Brain fog
• Weight gain despite eating right and working out
• Low libido
• Feeling “off” but being told your labs are “normal”
A lot of women are struggling silently thinking they just need to “push through it.” You don’t!
Too many women get told:
“Your labs are normal.”
“Welcome to aging.”
“Just deal with it.”
