🌙✨ Moon Blossom Oil is Ready ✨🌙

Six weeks ago, I filled jars with rose petals, calendula from my garden, and passionflower and let them slowly infuse through two full moons.

Today, those jars have become bottles.

And honestly... I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

I've been using Moon Blossom Oil after long days in the garden and sun, and it feels silky, soothing, nourishing, and incredibly supportive for summer skin.

What I love most is that it isn't just a body oil. It's a ritual. A reminder to slow down, care for yourself, and receive a little nourishment.

🌼 4 oz Moon Blossom Oil — $42

I will also be using 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐦 𝐎𝐢𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐛𝐡𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐬.

🏡 Local pickup at the studio or shipping available.

Comment OIL or send me a message and I'll get you the details.

Thank you for following along on this journey. Seeing these bottles lined up on my shelf has brought me more joy than I can put into words. 💛

🍓🌿 Today's Garden Harvest Report 🌿🍓
This morning's basket held the first radishes of the season, sweet strawberries warmed by the sun, crisp snap peas, red romaine, kale, chard, a tiny carrot from thinning, and even an accidental stalk of rhubarb. 😊

There is something so special about this stage of the garden. The harvests are still small, but every day brings a new surprise. A handful of greens becomes lunch. A strawberry becomes dessert. A snap pea rarely makes it back to the house.

This is the heart of what inspired The Ayurvedic Garden Table.

On June 27th, we'll gather in the garden to harvest what is ready, explore Ayurveda through the lens of seasonal food, share a simple garden-inspired meal, and reconnect with the wisdom that nourishment begins long before we sit down to eat.

The garden teaches abundance one strawberry, one radish, and one snap pea at a time. 💜

A few spaces remain for this intimate gathering.

A few days ago, Jackson asked me,
"Mimi, are you still drinking hot water now that it's hot out?" 🥹

I smiled and told him, "Yes, buddy, I do. But sometimes I'll enjoy a cool glass from the tap like you."

This morning, as I sat outside for yoga and watched nature slowly wake up, I was reminded of that conversation.

One of the simplest Ayurvedic practices I return to every day is starting the morning with warm water.

Warm water gently awakens digestion, supports the body's natural cleansing processes, and encourages healthy hydration after a night's sleep. In Ayurveda, cold water can dampen digestive fire (agni), slowing the digestive process and making it harder for the body to efficiently break down food and absorb nutrients.

Warm water, on the other hand, is readily welcomed by the body. It helps stimulate digestion, supports circulation, and can feel grounding and nourishing, especially first thing in the morning.

Sometimes wellness isn't complicated.

Sometimes it's a quiet moment, a warm cup of water, bare feet on the earth, and a curious question from a child that reminds us why simple practices matter.

This morning's harvest from Mimi's Healing Garden. 💜

As I carried this abundance into the house, Owen laughed and said, "Looks like you went shopping at Mimi's Healing Garden Market." 😄

And honestly, he's not wrong.

Today's harvest included kale, chard, lettuce, and strawberries.

Breakfast, lunch, and dessert right there. 🍓🌱

This is exactly what inspired The Ayurvedic Garden Table.

In just over two weeks, we'll gather here in the garden to enjoy a seasonal meal created from whatever the garden is offering. By then I expect we'll have garden-fresh lettuce, kale, chard, snap peas, strawberries, baby beets, herbs, and spices ready for harvest.

One of the things I love most is that no two gatherings will ever be exactly the same. The menu isn't planned months in advance. It unfolds with the season.

We'll harvest, share a meal, explore simple Ayurvedic wisdom, and spend a summer morning slowing down and connecting with the abundance all around us.

There are few space available for the first one on June 27th, and I'd love to have you join us. 💜🌿Learn more and register under Experiences on my website.

This spring my garden has become home to more than vegetables.

A few days ago, I moved a seedling flat and discovered a small toad living underneath. Startled, I immediately apologized. 😆

Since then, I've found myself checking on him each morning and evening as I water the garden. I've even named him Gus.

There is something surprisingly grounding about these small interactions. The garden reminds me daily to slow down, pay attention, and appreciate the life happening all around me.

Of course, Gus has also been assigned potato beetle patrol, though he remains tight-lipped about his progress. 🐸

For now, he seems content under his little shelter, and I'm grateful for his help tending the garden.

I’ll be honest… I’m not someone who loves taking supplements. I’m actually pretty resistant to pills in general. Most of the time I either notice no difference, or the routine fades away quickly. 😆

But with perimenopause, I’ve noticed my emotional heat can rise fast sometimes. Not sadness so much as irritation, overwhelm, short patience… and yes, occasionally wanting to rip someone’s head off. 😂 (Don’t worry, I wouldn’t hurt a fly.)

So about a month ago, I decided to trial Mood Support.

The shift was subtle at first.

I noticed a little more steadiness through the day. Less intensity. More space between feeling triggered and reacting. Emotional heat softened.

But what really caught my attention was this: the few times I forgot to take them for a couple days… ohhh boy, I could absolutely tell. 😅 The quick irritation and yelling energy came roaring right back.

That’s what convinced me something was genuinely helping.

Now, this doesn’t mean this formula is right for everyone. Ayurveda is deeply individualized, and what works beautifully for one person may not be supportive for another. But for me, during this season of life, it has felt surprisingly grounding and supportive.

As always, herbs are only one piece of the picture. Sleep, nourishment, nervous system support, movement, rest, boundaries, and lifestyle rhythms matter deeply too.

If you’re navigating perimenopause, emotional overwhelm, irritability, burnout, or simply feeling unlike yourself lately, I do offer 45-minute virtual Ayurvedic Health Consultations to help you understand what may be happening beneath the surface and what support may actually fit you.

And if you’re curious about the formula I’ve been using, I’ll leave my affiliate link for it below. 💚

Today I harvested my very first beets from the garden… tiny, imperfect, absolutely beautiful little roots that I honestly couldn’t wait any longer to try. 💜

Along with buttercrunch lettuce, red romaine, spinach, kale, and chard, the garden is already beginning to overflow with nourishment — and we’re still weeks away from peak summer abundance.

Standing in the garden this morning, harvesting these greens with the dew still on the leaves, I found myself thinking about how much life can change when we slow down enough to notice the rhythms around us.

This is exactly the spirit behind The Ayurvedic Garden Table.

Not perfection.
Not performance.
Not complicated wellness.

Just real seasonal living.
Fresh food pulled from the earth.
Grounding practices.
Connection.
Conversation.
Herbal teas.
Movement.
Nourishment.
Community.

And honestly… if the garden already looks like this now, I can only imagine what it will feel like by the time Garden Awakening arrives on June 27th. 🌿

I cannot wait to share this experience.

Some of the best meals are born from standing in the kitchen saying, “Honestly… nothing sounds good.” 😂

Lately I’ve been noticing that subtle seasonal shift where appetite feels somewhere in between. Not craving heavy comfort foods, but also wanting something warm, grounding, nourishing, and alive.

So instead of forcing a plan, I started listening.

A little homemade tomato sauce. Water to create a light broth. Broken spaghetti noodles. Shredded carrot, zucchini, and celeriac melting into the pot. Green garlic, green onion, oregano, cumin, pippali, and Pink Himalayan salt.

At the very end, I served it over fresh arugula and topped it with avocado and extra green onion.

And OMG… it was outstanding. 💜

This meal reminded me that Ayurveda isn’t about perfection or rigid food rules. Sometimes it’s simply learning how to pause and ask:
“What would truly nourish me right now?”

The answer was warmth, softness, hydration, grounding spices, hidden vegetables, and a bowl that somehow felt both comforting and fresh at the same time.

Honestly, this felt like seasonal transition medicine in a bowl.

I added the recipe to the website if you’d like to make this cozy little kitchen creation yourself. 😍

☀️🌙 Sun kissed skin + Moon Blossom Oil

After a full day in the sun yesterday, my skin was definitely feeling it… warm, thirsty, a little overheated.

So I took a cool shower and finally broke into my Moon Blossom Oil infusion that has been slowly brewing over the last several weeks.

Ohhh my goodness… 🥰

Silky.
Cooling.
Light.
Deeply soothing.

My skin absolutely drank it in.

Moon Blossom Oil is slowly infused with:
🌹 rose
🌼 calendula from my garden
🌿 passionflower
🥕 carrot oil
🌰 almond + sesame oils

Created to support and restore summer skin while also nourishing the nervous system beneath it.

This is not a heavy greasy oil. It melts beautifully into the skin leaving the softest glow and the most luscious herbal floral scent.

Honestly… I’m sold. 😆✨

I’ll also be using Moon Blossom Oil in my Seasonal Abhyanga treatments for the summer season while this small batch lasts 🌙

I’ll be bottling the first small batch next week and already have 7 people on the interest list before it’s even officially released.

🌙 Pre-orders for Moon Blossom Oil will open mid-week next week.

If you’d like first access when pre-orders open, comment:
