🌕 Full Moon Reflections

Tonight’s Full Moon is a beautiful reminder to pause, reflect, and create space for what you’re ready to receive.

For me, the Full Moon is a time to slow down, express gratitude for what’s already unfolding, and get honest about what I’m ready to let go of so I can welcome what’s next.

My cards tonight couldn’t have been more fitting…

✨ What is the most limiting belief keeping me from what I want right now?

✨ Name all the things you love.

Sometimes the fastest way to shift our energy isn’t by doing more. It’s by releasing one old belief and reconnecting with everything that’s already beautiful in our lives.

If you enjoy moon rituals, tonight is also a wonderful time to place a jar or glass of water outside beneath the moonlight. Many people use this as a symbolic practice, setting an intention or prayer over the water as a reminder of what they’re calling into their lives. Whether you drink it tomorrow, water your plants with it, or simply let it represent your intentions, it can be a meaningful way to anchor your focus.

✨ Tonight, I’m choosing to release what no longer serves me.
✨ I’m choosing gratitude.
✨ I’m choosing to trust what’s unfolding.

🔮 I’d love to hear from you.

What are you ready to release under this Full Moon, and what are you intentionally calling into your life next? 🌕

✨ There is just something about summer in the Midwest.

The smell of fresh-cut hay instantly takes me back to my childhood. Life seemed a little slower, a little simpler, and full of long summer days.

Isn’t it amazing how one scent can transport you back to a memory in seconds?

That’s one of the reasons I love essential oils so much.

Our sense of smell is directly connected to the part of the brain that processes memories and emotions. Sometimes all it takes is one deep breath to shift your state, calm your nervous system, or reconnect with a feeling you thought you’d forgotten.

For me, today it’s the smell of fresh-cut hay.

For others, it might be lavender reminding you of your grandmother, citrus bringing back carefree summer mornings, or peppermint helping you feel refreshed and focused.

📝 I’m curious…

What smell instantly takes you back to a favorite memory?

I’d love to hear what scent brings you home. ✨

✨ This week’s card pull stopped me in my tracks…

Sometimes the right questions find us exactly when we need them.

This week these four came forward:

📝 What am I grateful for right now?

🌿 What can I do to make a difference?

🔮 What if it isn’t true?

✨ Am I afraid to be seen?

I love that these cards don’t give us answers. They simply invite us to pause, reflect, and become curious.

Maybe today is the day to replace one limiting thought with gratitude.

Maybe it’s choosing one small action that creates a ripple for someone else.

Maybe it’s questioning a story you’ve been carrying for years.

Maybe it’s giving yourself permission to be seen exactly as you are.

✨ Sometimes one question is all it takes to shift your perspective, your energy, and your next step.

📝 I’d love to hear from you…

Which card spoke to you first?

What came up for you when you saw these questions?

There are no right or wrong answers. I always find it fascinating that we can all look at the same four cards and receive completely different messages. That’s the beauty of growth. We each see what we’re ready to see.

✨ I can’t wait to read what lands for you.

✨ Saturday reminder… don’t forget to make memories while you’re building your dreams.

Sometimes the best photos aren’t the perfectly posed ones…

They’re the unexpected ones that make you smile.

Like this one. 😄

It made me stop and think…

We spend so much time talking about building businesses, reaching goals, and creating the next level of success.

But what if success also looks like laughing over dinner…
Taking random pictures…
Enjoying time with your partner or your best friend…
And collecting little moments you’ll remember long after the to-do list is finished.

One of the reasons I chose entrepreneurship was for freedom.

Not just financial freedom…
But the freedom to choose how I spend my time and who I spend it with.

Because building a business should create more life……not replace it.

✨ Work hard.
✨ Dream big.
✨ Make the memories along the way.

Now I want to see yours!

📸 What’s the funniest, most creative, or most memorable picture you have with your partner or your bestie? Drop it in the comments! I’d love to see them!

Happy Saturday! Go make a memory. ✨

✨ One second I was making supper…

The next, I had a nice burn from the top of my air fryer basket. 🤯🤷🏼‍♀️

My first thought?

“Where’s my lavender?” 🌿

This little bottle has earned its place in my home over and over again.

Lavender is one of the oils I reach for most because it’s incredibly versatile. It’s known for its soothing properties and is often used to help calm and comfort the skin after minor everyday mishaps like a kitchen burn, bug bite, or irritated skin. It’s also one of my favorites to help create a peaceful, relaxing environment at the end of a long day.

I love having natural tools within reach that help me care for myself and my family without overcomplicating things.

For me, essential oils are about supporting our bodies through everyday moments and having simple wellness options available.

Today’s reminder:
Sometimes the smallest bottle on your shelf can make a big difference. ✨

Do you keep lavender in your home? What’s the first thing you reach for it for?

✨ Tonight reminded me why community matters.

One of my goals this year has been to become even more involved in the community that has given so much to me.

As entrepreneurs and business owners, it’s easy to focus on building our businesses. But the strongest businesses are built by people who genuinely care about the people they serve.

Tonight I had the privilege of volunteering with the Holt Boyd Coalition, handing out free popsicles to kids during Family Night at the Shamrock. On one of the hottest evenings of the summer, watching little faces light up over something so simple was such a beautiful reminder…

Sometimes making a difference doesn’t require a grand gesture.
Sometimes it’s simply showing up.

Whether it’s supporting local events, partnering with organizations that serve families, local chamber, helping at the Big Give, supporting Atkinson Hay Days or finding other ways to invest in our community, every small act creates a ripple.

Communities don’t become stronger because of one person.
They become stronger because many people decide to care.

I’m grateful to play a small part in helping make O’Neill a place where families feel connected, children feel celebrated, and neighbors support one another.

Here’s to serving, connecting, and continuing to build something bigger than ourselves. ✨

I’d love to know…
How do you love giving back to your community?

This wasn’t on my calendar today… and that’s exactly the point. ✨

My daughter called and asked if I wanted to spend the day at the river with her and the girls.

There wasn’t a long discussion.
There wasn’t a guilt trip about everything I “should” be doing.

I simply said, “Yes.”

This is one of the reasons I chose entrepreneurship.

Not to work 24/7.
Not to chase more.

But to create a business that gives me the freedom to say yes to the moments that matter most.

The emails can wait.
The to-do list will still be there tomorrow.

These little feet won’t stay little forever.

Success, to me, isn’t just measured by revenue.

It’s measured by the memories we create.
The flexibility we’ve built.
And the people we get to share life with along the way.

Build the business.
Create the impact.
But don’t forget to build the life you dreamed of having in the first place.

Today, that dream looked like sunshine, sandy toes, river adventures, and watching my grandbabies experience the simple joys of summer.

✨ If someone called you today with a spontaneous invitation, would your business and your life allow you to say yes?

That’s the kind of freedom I’m intentionally building, and it’s the kind of freedom I hope more women give themselves permission to create. ✨

No one can make you feel a certain way unless you allow it. You are giving away your power. If you take charge of your own energy and remember your mission, why would you let anyone make you feel less than you are? Accepting 'domestic violence survivor' was once hard, I felt broken. Now, I know it means I'm powerful.

I think Cesar has life figured out. 😄

I’m visiting a friend this evening, and while the rest of us have been busy on zoom calls and checking things off our lists…

Cesar has been doing what he does best.

Resting.

Completely unbothered.
Completely present.
Completely at peace.

It made me smile because maybe our animals know something we’ve forgotten.

They don’t feel guilty for taking a break.
They don’t earn their rest.
They don’t apologize for slowing down.

They simply listen to what they need.

As humans, we often push through exhaustion, convince ourselves we’ll rest “later,” and wear busy like it’s a badge of honor.

Maybe today is our reminder to take a few notes from Cesar.

Pause.
Breathe.
Rest.
Reset.

Because a regulated nervous system creates clearer thinking, better decisions, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more aligned leave space for manifesting more of this, and definitely more JOY

Tonight, give yourself permission to simply be.

✨ What helps you unwind after a long day?
