We're at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago this week — and I wanted to share what we're showing off.
Our Minty Lavender Matcha is the product I get the most operator questions about. Cafe owners, hotel F&B directors, and juice bar buyers all want to know the same thing: how versatile is it?
The answer: one pouch makes a hot latte, an iced refresher, a zero-proof mocktail, a smoothie blend, or a dessert affogato. Same prep, same ingredient, five completely different menu items across morning, afternoon, and evening dayparts.
