In May 2026, The Lancet officially renamed PCOS to PMOS: Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. This came after 11 years of research and input from 22,000+ patients and clinicians worldwide.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The new name finally reflects what’s actually happening. It’s not just an ovarian issue. It’s metabolic, endocrine, and systemic. And that changes how it should be treated.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Swipe to see what the data shows, why so many cases go undiagnosed, and what standard care keeps missing.

If you’ve been told your labs are “normal” but something still feels off, come to STAT. Let’s test, not guess.

One of my patients said something recently that I haven’t stopped thinking about:

“My life is very full right now.”

She intentionally didn’t say busy.
Because busy feels rushed. Depleting. Something to survive.

But full?
Full feels abundant. Meaningful. Aligned.

And while this season is certainly stretching me, it’s also filling me—in every way that matters.

The 6-week postpartum checkup is not enough.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You grew and nourished a human being. Your body went through one of the most physically demanding experiences possible and a quick visit where someone asks if you’re “feeling okay” doesn’t even begin to cover it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Advocate for a full panel. You deserve real answers.

It’s not anxiety. It’s not fibromyalgia. It might be mold.

The average patient spends 2–10 years and visits to 5+ providers before getting answers.

The problem? Standard labs don’t catch it. Mycotoxins hide in tissues, and most conventional providers aren’t trained to look for them.

If you’ve tried everything and still don’t feel right, your environment might be the missing piece.

Save this. Share it with someone who’s been dismissed. And if this sounds like you, come see us at STAT.

Raising girls is such a beautiful balance, isn’t it? And I’m still figuring it out.

Teaching them to be kind — but never small.
Confident — but grounded.
Ambitious — without apologizing for it.
Strong — while still soft.

I want my daughters to grow up knowing they can take up space, use their voice, chase big dreams, and build a life that excites them.

To know that leadership and femininity can coexist.
That success doesn’t have to come at the expense of joy.
And that confidence isn’t arrogance — it’s trusting who you are and what you’re capable of.

More than anything, I hope our home feels like a place where big ideas are encouraged, curiosity is celebrated, and ambition feels normal.

Because little girls become women who shape families, companies, communities, and the future.

And this one already has the sass, confidence, and spark to do exactly that.

She’s not here to fit in—she’s here to set the tone. A little retro, a little rebellious, and a whole lot of building what’s next.

This is the vibe behind everything we’re creating over HQ.

3 months of Wells 🤍

Three months of loving our boy, growing our family, taking him to every meeting and soaking in every first (and the fleeting lasts 😭) with you.

Tomorrow, we officially “go back” to work—and I’m feeling all the things leaving this little smiley man.

Here’s to doing both—motherhood and ambition—in a way that feels aligned, not divided (even though I know the transition is going to be tough). We got this!

Walking into headquarters… and thinking back to 2019 when I opened our very first location.

Back then, the idea of a space filled with incredible leaders — brainstorming, collaborating, challenging each other, and building something bigger together — never even crossed my mind.

Now it’s real.

So proud of how far this company has come and endlessly grateful for the team behind it. The vision, the energy, the conversations that will happen within these walls… it’s going to be a whole vibe.

The best is still ahead.
