The Pact act.
If you don't not have any of the following conditions and severed in an immenant danger area from 1990 forward then you do not need to file a claim. If you have been diagnosed for anything on this list then see a VSO before midnight on August 14.
If you served in Thailand, Guam, or atoll Johnston Island. And you have anything on the agent orange presumptive list. Go file a claim.
Otherwise without a diagnosis there is no "Pactact claim" for you to file. There is no need to sign up for the burn pit registry.
These cancers are now presumptive:
Brain cancer
Gastrointestinal cancer of any type
Glioblastoma
Head cancer of any type
Kidney cancer
Lymphoma of any type
Melanoma
Neck cancer of any type
Pancreatic cancer
Reproductive cancer of any type
Respiratory (breathing-related) cancer of any type
These illnesses are now presumptive:
Asthma that was diagnosed after service
Chronic bronchitis
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
Chronic rhinitis
Chronic sinusitis
Constrictive bronchiolitis or obliterative bronchiolitis
Emphysema
Granulomatous disease
Interstitial lung disease (ILD)
Pleuritis
Pulmonary fibrosis
Sarcoidosis
