When you rush through meals, your body doesn't have time to produce enough digestive enzymes. You swallow air with every bite. Your stomach signals fullness too late. And food sits there fermenting instead of digesting.
After 35, this gets even worse because digestion naturally slows down.
So before you cut out another food group — try this first:

📵 No phone, no screen while eating
⏱️ Minimum 20 minutes per meal
