If all the things you secretly think make you an impressive Christian or person were taken away tomorrow, how would you truly recover?

This might be one of the most important questions, people in especially, should ask themselves & answer.

Is Jesus truly enough? I can’t be the only person who’s come to terms with the truth that, for much of my life in the church, it was modeled to pursue so many things above Him.

The number of people I’ve met whose clothes have grown due to a musty closet is 😬.

The tip that I should’ve included that should go without saying is: keep your closet as dust free as possible. Dust + moisture = mold.

Our closet is missing a return vent so these are 3 tips we’ve used to keep our closet .

Satan thought he really shut ’s mission and influence down…now he knows the very opposite happened.

Today’s Free Chapel baptism service was hands down the most powerful baptism experience I’ve ever witnessed in my decades of following Jesus. Jesus bringing people out of the LGBTQ lifestyle, healing cancer and carrying others through it. So powerful.

One time I looked in the lip of our former front loading washer and…I wish I hadn’t 🤮. Mold commonly grows in washers for a few reasons- but primarily because they utilize water and because they are annoying to clean out.

These days I’m a clean washer N**i, and keeping it mold free is honestly pretty simple.

After every use, I:
1) Leave the lid up so it can dry (don’t leave a wet load sitting in it for hours).
2) Wipe off any excess water with a small towel.
3) Place a small battery operated fan inside to help dry up the rest.

Prevention is so much easier than remediation 👍🏽

I think people are often way more inclined to listen to us when we share from a place, not only of walked experience, but from weakness and vulnerability. Aka: not just when we put forth a perfect facade (cuz that’s what it is). Pain doesn’t disqualify you- it purifies your relationship with God (if you’ll allow it).

I am just about 6 months post op on a revision to my original L5-S1 , which was revised to a fusion by Dr. Rasouli of RasouliSpine

While the recovery hasn’t been totally linear, I am so grateful that, six months out, I am no longer in need of any pain medication and I’m able to fully participate in everyday life as a wife and mom of four beautiful kids.

I cannot thank Dr. Rasouli enough for the care he has shown throughout this entire process. Outside of his exceptional experience and skill, he is authentic and compassionate- a true God-send to my family.

There were days throughout the 2.5 year period of back pain & failed back surgery that felt hopeless. I am so grateful to serve the God of ALL hope.

A middle schooler told me the other day that they never leave the building the entire 8 hours that they are at school 😳.

Today, my kids did their “proper school” but still had time to be outside with friends playing kickball, catching fish and playing in the mud for a few hours. In short, they got to be kids & experience life.

There is another way other than what we’ve been taught is “normal.” I’m happy to encourage you in that if you need someone to give you a loving push 🫶🏼
