Burnout rarely happens overnight. More often, it builds slowly through ongoing stress, pressure, emotional exhaustion, and not enough time for recovery.

Many people don’t realize they’re burned out until their mind and body begin asking for rest in ways that feel impossible to ignore.

Recognizing the signs early can help create space for support, boundaries, regulation, and recovery before overwhelm becomes the default.

Resetting stress levels usually does not come from doing more perfectly, it begins with slowing down reconnecting with yourself, and allowing small moments of rest to matter 🩵
