If you’ve been wanting to get into boxing, come through. All levels welcome fr — beginners included.

We’ll work real technique, get good work in, and have a good time doing it 👊🏽

Gloves are first come first serve.

Learning how to transfer power, stay balanced, and trust the movement 👏🏽

You build that through training.

My boxing + kickboxing sessions are about more than throwing punches. They’re about learning real movement, real self defense, discipline, confidence, stress relief, and discovering a stronger version of yourself.

I had the opportunity to lead a beginner boxing class for the women of Lifted — a community created to help mothers Reset. Connect. Be.

So many women spend every day pouring into everyone else that they rarely get the chance to release stress, reconnect with themselves, and simply exist in the moment.

Boxing became more than punches today.
It became confidence.
Connection.
Energy.
Release.

Watching these women step outside of their comfort zones, encourage each other, and let loose was powerful.

Every mother deserves an outlet too.

30+ lbs down with 3 kids and it didn’t come from starving herself or doing anything extreme. 👏🏽

It came from staying CONSISTENT.
Adding daily walks, boxing, and movement into her routine changed everything. 🥊🚶🏽‍♀️

Walking helped her stay active consistently.
Boxing helped her burn calories, build confidence, relieve stress, and actually ENJOY cardio again. 🔥

That’s the part people overlook…
The best cardio for weight loss is the kind you can stay committed to.

No crash diets.
No shortcuts.
Just discipline, consistency, and showing up even on the hard days.

You can recreate some stretches on your own with a long resistance band and get real relief. This one is for tight quads and hip flexors.
