As a health and wellness advocate. It is important that I model what I expect of others. Your health and wellness, requires that you do things that make you happy. Today I did a fun run. Some friends and I participated in the Active Bubble Run at Cool Ray Field. Health and wellness is what you make it.

The Month of May is packed with School related events. Celebrating the accomplishments of students near and far on graduating at all levels of education. So, for this reason I will only be teaching on Sundays. However, big things are to come in June. Information coming soon.
