For decades, early-stage ovarian cancer has remained one of medicine’s greatest challenges. Unlike cervical cancer, there has never been a reliable early detection test.

Now, after years of research, our new AI-powered approach using metabolites is showing extraordinary promise, with results demonstrating virtually 100% sensitivity and specificity in identifying ovarian cancer in its earliest stages.

This is the realization of a dream shared by generations of GYN oncologists: the ability to tell women with confidence whether they do or do not have ovarian cancer in its earliest stages.

The next step: expanding sample screening and advancing toward FDA approval.

It is an exciting time in ovarian cancer research.

The Ovarian Cancer Institute was founded with the principal aim of developing a highly accurate stage I screening test for ovarian cancer.

Recent breakthroughs using AI have enabled us to develop such a test that is virtually 100% sensitive and specific in research.

Today, we have expanded our research to also include a drug delivery system which uses RNA to deliver drugs directly to the cancer system.

AI has also accelerated our work on repurposed drugs, finding the best non-chemotherapy approach to treatment.

Lastly, we are working on ensuring we match the right drugs to the right patient for more personalized care.

Follow us and watch our videos to keep up to date with our progress.

Happy Mother’s Day to the incredible mothers who have bravely faced cancer, those still fighting, and those we hold in our hearts.

Ovarian Cancer is often called the “silent killer” because it’s frequently detected too late, and the symptoms can be vague, nonspecific, and unrelated to the pelvis. Awareness can save lives.

On World Ovarian Cancer Day, take a moment to repost and raise awareness about the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer.

Hear from Dr. Benedict Benigno, a world renowned surgeon and oncologist about our third research project. In addition to our highly accurate screening test, and our work on matching drugs to patients, we are also working on a drug delivery system that could increase efficacy and decrease the side effects of chemotherapy.
