Why consent forms are important for every service:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​✔ Consent forms confirm that the PMU technician has clearly and thoroughly explained all the details of the microblading procedure, the possible outcomes, and the risks involved

✔Allows clients to inform their PMU tech about any medical conditions that could affect the procedure or the results, or any medication or supplements the client has or is taking

✔ Clients give their consent by signing the forms and MUST sign prior to the service
