SPIRITUAL VITAMIN: Don't grow weary while doing good, for in DUE season we shall reap if we don't lose heart. (Gal 6:7) Don't lose heart when you give ur all you, there is a champion raisin up n you that can't be stopped. Climb 3 flights of stairs 2dy, bend down hold ur ankles 5 minutes, empty out, stretch those hands up towards the sky, think BIG & clear! Drink a big glass of water, 8 oz more than ystrdy.
