May is Osteoporosis Awareness Month. 💜 Did you know 1 in 4 women over 65 has osteoporosis and many don't even know it? It's often called a "silent disease" because there are no symptoms until a bone breaks.

The good news is that a bone density screening can catch it early. If you or someone you love hasn't had one, it may be worth a conversation with your doctor.
