3 incredible women are now Reiki certified 🙌🏽

We dove into Reiki history, hands-on healing, and sound bowl healing. The space was filled with connection, growth, and so much beautiful energy. 🤍

Grateful to introduce them to Reiki and guide their journey and witness their growth ✨

This beautiful experience is for those who feel called to begin their journey with Reiki—opening to the flow of sacred energy, deepening self-connection, and stepping into personal healing.

Together, we will move through attunement, intention setting, and foundational practices in a supportive and energetically aligned space.

This Reiki class is very close to my heart. After over 10 years of practice and 9 years as a Reiki Master, I’ve poured my experience, care, and intention into creating a space where you feel truly supported. It’s not just about learning Reiki—it’s about guiding you back to your own natural ability to heal and connect.

Spots are available but intentionally limited.

Thank you to , partners and sponsors for inviting me to their screening and panel discussion of , their second documentary, “Before the Pause: Perimenopause”. The event was informative with the breeze of being seen, feeling reassured and the kinship of sisterhood.

I had the opportunity to supply information on the benefits of holistic therapy through the I customized for the event, and the benefits of to help relieve and lessen some of the symptoms of the hormonal imbalances in an all-natural way.

Knowledge is power and thank you to all of the panelists and attendees with such information and insight from different perspectives and experiences. There’s so much to learn about this transition in a woman’s life.
