Happy Saturday 💋 I made myself a spiritual bath today. I have a collection of dried herbs that was given to me from Trinidad🇹🇹 so I made a bath for Protection🛡, Cleansing🧼 and Abundance🏆

Since the herbs are dry, I like to pour over hot water...like im making tea ☕️. Otherwise, when I use fresh herbs, I make with room temperature water and let sit overnight 😴

Items I used:
Black Sage
Lemongrass
Rosemary
Bay Leaf
Mango Leaf
Sea Salt
Florida Water (homemade)

I set my intentions/say prayers while putting in herbs in the bowl, while pouring water and over the entire mixture. You can use scriptures pertaining to your intentions for the bath. Im going to let it cool off before I use. I will drain the liquid and return the herbs to earth at the roots of a tree.You can pour in a tub of water or pour over yourself in a shower AFTER you wash yourself regularly. Let air dry and relax☺️

Don't wait till you have the perfect list of ingredients, use what you have and set your intention. This is how I do my baths and how I was guided by spirit to do it. You can do ot your way as long as you set your intentions and prayer and research each herb 🌿
