Yes it accelerating. But our human response can be the opposite. I see it all around me - people going for hikes in nature, choosing music that softens, making their own sourdough bread, making a garden, making something for someone else and …..just slowing down. Tools are in you - use them. Inhale at slow motion and pause, exhale even slower. Hear your intuition and go with it. Maybe you don’t have to respond… maybe it can wait and settle without your energy. Stay inside yourself with a relationship to your breath and be a loving witness . Notice your inner voice speaks clearer. Give it the microphone and it will clear its throat and speak even more. I promise you will not want to take the mic away. Inhale in slow motion and pause, exhale even slower…
