We're proud to share that AvitaCare Atlanta has again been named an LGBTQ+ Healthcare Equality Leader, earning a perfect 100% on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2026 Healthcare Equality Index. This is our second consecutive scoring period at the top.

The HEI evaluated 741 healthcare facilities nationwide on non-discrimination policies, staff training, patient support, and community engagement. Fewer than half earned a perfect score.

For us, this recognition is not the goal. It's a reflection of it. Affirming, inclusive, equitable care is the work we show up for every day, from how we train our team to how we welcome every patient through our doors. No matter how you identify or whom you love, you deserve clinically excellent care delivered with respect.
