Now, thanks to our success in bringing HIV to an undetectable rate in 98 percent of members – based on 2019 data – we’re a center for all. We treat common illnesses and infectious diseases. TM7 (TMVII) is a fungal skin infection that can be sexually transmitted and may show up as rashes, bumps, irritation, or skin changes that feel unusual or persistent.

Quick gut check: when's the last time you actually paid attention to what your body was trying to tell you?

Colorectal cancer used to be filed under an "older adult problem."

That's not the case anymore. Rates in people under 50 have been quietly creeping up for years, and a lot of younger folks are getting diagnosed late because nobody thought to look.

The signs are sneaky. They mimic things you'd never give a second thought to. A weird stretch of bathroom trips. Cramping you blame on what you ate. Blood you tell yourself is probably nothing. Exhaustion you chalk up to a long week.

🔹 Trust the gut feeling (literally)
🔹 Track what's changing, even small stuff
