Train your TRICEPS like this!
Why I train my triceps like THIS: The triceps is a muscle that runs down the back of the upper arm consisting of three distinct heads: the lateral head, the medial head, and the long head. The lateral and medial heads extend the elbow. Triceps pushdowns work the lateral and medial heads, and are great for admiring your arms in the mirror, but keep in mind that they get plenty of stimulus during pressing exercises. Unlike the lateral and medial heads, the long head extends both the shoulder and the elbow, and is best targeted in a fully stretched position by keeping your elbows above your head. If you’re using cables, set the height slightly lower than your shoulders. Keeping your elbows locked in place and facing forward, bend them as much as possible without pain. From there, fully extend your arms, then return to an elbows bent position until you feel a deep stretch in those tris. Repeat for 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps.
