Here’s the truth:
“healthy” yogurt ≠ actually healthy
Some are packed with protein + simple ingredients…

Brunch lately has been less about rushing and more about slowing down 🤍

Took my family to The Daily ATL and it was such a good reminder that meals are meant to be calm, social, and actually enjoyed — not something we multitask through.

As a nutritionist (and mom), I care about what’s on the plate and the experience around it. Understanding what you’re putting in your body matters — but so does how you feel while eating it.

I am often asked if açaí bowls are “healthy” - and my response is always the same, “it depends!”. Thanks to ’scoffeecorner Ocean Beach CA 🤍🤍🤍- the perfect bowl exists - green base (meaning there is actual vegetables included - blended with fruit and unsweetened almond milk🤩) + avocado and pecans for healthy fat and vitamins on top, balanced with a variety of low to high glycemic fruits - Gogi berries, blueberries, banana 👌
