We’ve got something for everybody this season 🌿✨

From virtual gatherings you can join from the comfort of home, to intimate experiences at our new Atlanta residency studio space, we’re creating room to pause, connect, heal, and pour back into yourself. Whether you need community, reflection, movement, mindfulness, or simply a moment to breathe — there’s a space waiting for you.

Come solo, bring a friend, and tap into experiences designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. We cannot wait to gather with you in person and online over these next few weeks.

Register for our gathering on our website at halfhoodhalfholistic.com

Caregivers… this one is for you. 🫶🏾

If you’ve been holding everybody down and nobody’s been holding you — pull up. This special iteration of the It Takes A Village series, hosted and sponsored by Joe Family Foundation and facilitated by Half Hood Half Holistic, is creating space for caregivers to breathe, process, and be supported too.

Join us for a 6-week Trauma-Informed Caregiver Workshop + Processing Circle — a space to learn real-life tools and exhale in community. No judgment. No fixing. No pressure to share your whole story. Just support, skills, and a soft place to land.

Over 6 weeks, we’ll cover:
🤎 Nervous system regulation
🤎 Boundaries without guilt
🤎 Communication under stress
🤎 Repair after hard moments
🤎 Creating a sustainable care plan you can actually keep

📅 Wednesdays at 6PM
🗓️ Starting June 3rd
📍Broadcasted via Facebook on Half Hood Half Holistic

This space is for caregivers across the spectrum: parents, kinship/foster/adoptive caregivers, grandparents, chosen family, and professional caregivers.

Join for a zen evening focusing on active rest. We will journey through breath awareness, softness in our movement, and sacred love into ourselves through an Open Heart, Open Hips Yoga Flow.

This is a virtual practice and we invite you to release tension, surrender to inner balance through mindful movement followed by stillness.

June Tribe Check-In 💛

This month, we’re talking about what it means to protect your peace in a world that constantly asks Black and BIPOC women to overextend, overperform, and push through exhaustion.

Together, we’ll explore boundaries, burnout prevention, and the importance of honoring your capacity without guilt. This conversation is about choosing yourself, preserving your energy, and learning that rest and boundaries can exist together.

We’re looking forward to hearing from our guest speaker, Kae’Chauna, as she helps guide us through this timely and necessary conversation. .sin.tlc

Join us on June 7th at 1:00 PM (virtual) as we gather in community and care.

Happy Mother’s Day to anyone out there who mothers!
So many people have been mothered by Black mamas.
Today is all about you!
And if today is a day of grief instead of celebration, that’s okay too.
