She came to me in her early 50s, preparing for her wedding, and said, “Aleesha, I need everything for this wedding, but I want it undetectable.”

That told me everything I needed to know.

This wasn’t about changing her face. It was about looking at the face as a whole and creating a thoughtful plan to refresh what aging had changed.

Over five appointments, we used Botox, PDO threads + HA filler, addressing her cheeks, under-eyes, chin + jawline.

“I don’t like these lines on my forehead.”

He had a wedding coming up and wanted to look a little more refreshed, not different.

Trust the process.

She’s in her early 30s and her concern was simple: “I look tired.”

For her, the under-eye hollowing was creating shadowing that made her look more fatigued than she felt.

We used PRFM EZ Gel (often called a “natural filler” because it’s created from your own blood) to gently restore the under-eye area.

No dramatic change. No different face. Just a softer transition from the under-eye to the cheek and a more rested appearance.

Trust the process 💋

Here’s another patient that I did her first lip filler was a year ago. This time, she came back knowing exactly what she wanted:

More lip. More shape. More zaza.

And I support it. 😆

Natural doesn’t always have to mean barely there. You can want a little more drama and still have lips that complement your face.

This is her second lip filler treatment, spaced one year apart. For my patients who continue building their lips, I typically reassess and consider dissolving before a third treatment rather than continuing to layer filler.

Because more can be the vibe. Strategic more is the vibe.
