Well Diva Lifestyle

Well Diva Lifestyle Live happy, be healthy and stay fly. Quite often a woman is called a Diva based just on the way she carries herself. She's usually pretty stylish, or fly.

She has designer shoes, handbags, and is always very well put together physically. But what does she look like on the inside? What is her thought life like? How is she feeling, emotionally AND physically? The Well Diva Lifestyle is a way of living well on the inside AND the outside. Join the Divas at www.welldiva.com as we detox our bodies, minds, and lives to become not just divas, but Well Divas.

Meet me in the kitchen LIVE on TIKTOK/ tomorrow ! This is more than a cooking demo. We’ll talk about how to love ourselves through healthy eating, how to build a plate that supports health, and how everyday choices can become acts of care instead of punishment.
We’ll also explore the connection between thoughts, stress, and the body, including ways to notice and soften the thought patterns that may keep us overwhelmed, disconnected, or neglecting our health.
My special guest and I will make a dish that is familiar, flavorful, and nourishing while discussing how food, mindset, and self-love can support healing from the inside out. Sunday at 3pm EST.

On May 2 (4 weeks ago) right after midnight I introduced my daughter to the music of the one and only Peabo Bryson. Afterwards I was scrolling on TikTok about 2am watching his videos and discovered that he was scheduled to perform IN MY CITY THAT SAME DAY! I immediately purchased a single ticket with the feeling that this was meant to be. He really struggled with some of the songs, letting us hit the higher notes for him. A highlight was watching his 8 year old son perform, showing his love for MJ. I’m so glad I took this opportunity to enjoy the show and see him live for the first time. Prayers for his family and especially his baby boy. Thank you so much for your gift.💔

It starts as a whisper…

A little fatigue you brush off.
Tension in your shoulders.
Your foot hurting when you first get out of bed.

You keep going.
Then it gets louder.

Hair thinning.
Chronic tightness.
Pain that keeps coming back no matter what you do.

And eventually… it yells.

Diagnosis.
Dis-ease.
Something you can no longer ignore.

Last year, I created a series called 30 Days of Sound Body Wisdom where we looked at real, physical experiences… from alopecia to plantar fasciitis… and asked a different question:

What is the body trying to communicate before it has to yell?
While most of us are taught to manage symptoms, we’re rarely taught to explore the root cause of dis-ease; the stress we normalize, the emotions we suppress, the patterns we live in every day.

This is not about replacing medical care.
It’s about understanding your body on a deeper level alongside it.

I’m bringing this series back on YouTube.

If your body has been whispering… this is your invitation to listen.
