GANS 74th Annual Convention is coming soon! 🤩
As a first time attendee or returning attendee, here’s what you can expect this year:

📜 House of Delegates: Gives the student leaders from nursing schools the opportunity to vote for bylaws, resolutions regarding healthcare policies, and the chance to hear from the GANS board candidates.

🗳️ Run for GANS Board: Become one of the next board members and learn how leadership can shape your nursing career! Information regarding the application process will be announced soon.

🌐 Exhibit Hall: Offers opportunities to speak with coordinators regarding hospital externships and/or residencies, faculty from schools that offer higher education, and leaders from associations and organizations if you are interested in pursuing leadership one day!

🎤 Guest Speakers: Have the chance to listen to well respected nurse leaders about their journey in the nursing career ranging from nursing school to nursing leadership to CRNA.

🎖️ Certifications: Have the ability to sign up for FREE certifications for Stop the Bleed, Epilepsy, and more!

🏆 Awards/Scholarships: GANS presents 20+ awards/scholarships at the convention each year. The applications will open August 10th. Stay tuned for more details soon!

🩺 Hands On Experience: Have the chance to speak with flight nurses and tour the flight nurse helicopter, learn from CRNAs on how to intubate a patient, and much more!
