That number is more than a statistic—it’s a reminder of the resilience, strength, and fight that defines our T1D community. 🩸💙 For those of us who live this journey, each day is an opportunity to honor those we’ve lost by living fully and advocating fiercely.

I often ask myself: How do I honor those who’ve inspired my resilience?
1. By understanding them. By learning from their stories and experiences, and how they relate to mine.
2. By living humbly, grateful for every day I wake up with the chance to live freely, even with T1D. This journey isn’t easy, but every step forward is in honor of the lives that have shaped our community. 🦋

Let’s keep raising awareness, building empathy, and advocating for change. Join me in remembering, honoring, and pushing forward. Together, we’re more than our numbers. 🌍

🧵My Jewelry IS my Art.

I have always been a creative. But the problem is, when I was growing up what my creative mind came up with… my hands could never create! I couldn’t draw, paint, and could barely even write… well neatly!

So when it came to starting a bracelet company and having to be the lead designer, I was always so nervous that like growing up physically failing at crafty projects, I would too fail at creating my physical product.

But I guess since the hardest thing that is required to craft my bracelets are a good design and steady hands, that it’s art I can actually do!
