Some days I finish a Reiki session and I'm reminded all over again why I love this work. ✨
Creating a peaceful space where someone can step away from everything for a while, slow down, and simply receive is something I'm incredibly grateful to be able to do.
Today was one of those days. I walked away feeling very thankful for this little practice I'm building here in Cleveland and for the people who are trusting me to be part of their journey.

When you arrive, we'll start by sitting down and talking for a few minutes. There's plenty of time to ask questions, tell me how you're feeling, or simply settle in.

Then you'll get comfortable on the Reiki table, fully clothed, while I begin the session. I use gentle hands-on Reiki along with sound from instruments such as tuning forks, chimes and singing bowls to create a peaceful, relaxing experience.

There's nothing you need to do and no special way you're supposed to feel. This is simply time set aside for you to slow down, relax and receive.

And if you've never experienced Reiki before, questions are always welcome.
