Judit Mozsolics Coaching I am Judit Mozsolics, a Self-Love and Feminine Embodiment Coach. What is self-love and why is it necessary? It is the stem of everything. www.healthyandloved.com

I help women to heal from heartbreak, find joy again, and rebuild their self worth to feel ready for love and a healthy relationship. The more you love, honor, appreciate, respect, and accept yourself and the more your relationship is balanced with your own self, your life turns out the better. It is a crucial part if you want to become happy, find your soul’s purpose and become fulfilled. Self-lo

ve is not egoistic, narcissistic, or selfish. It is everything that connects and aligns you with your true self. It consists of self-awareness, self-care, self-confidence, self-acceptance, self-trust, self-respect, self-compassion, and self-appreciation. If you keep facing the same struggles in your life, let it be relationships, careers, you may be lacking in one or more areas of self-love. Self-love can mean different things for some people, but just to mention a few:

Setting healthy boundaries
Standing up for yourself
Owning who you are
Prioritizing your self-care and wellbeing
Saying no to toxic things and people
Trusting yourself
Being confident and acknowledging your values
Being connected with your feminine energy and your inner power
Self-love is the least selfish act one can have towards herself and the world. Life is constant learning and growing. The ultimate goal is to be happy and enjoy our journey. To be compassionate, open-hearted, and connected. Aligning ourselves to the highest state of joy, gratitude, abundance, and harmony is the greatest blessing we can give to the world.

Maybe you thought you’d be over it by now.

Maybe it’s been months and you’re wondering why some days still feel so damn hard. Why something can still bring it all back when you thought you were finally doing better.

But healing doesn’t really care about the timeline we had in mind.

Some days you’ll feel like yourself again. Other days, you’ll wonder why you’re not further along by now. You should feel better. You should have moved on. You should be excited about your life again. It doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong.

It is simply that healing doesn’t really care about the timeline we had in mind.

You can still have hard days and be healing.
You can still grieve what you lost and be moving forward.
You can still love what was and trust that something even better is waiting for you on the other side of this. 🤍

Keep choosing you. Keep coming home to yourself. And trust that, little by little, life will begin to feel like yours again.

Save this for the days you need the reminder.🤍

Some things don't need to be fixed; they just need to be normalized. Sometimes, you need to allow yourself to be exactly where you are without rushing your healing, numbing your feelings, or trying to make the hard parts go away, even when it's incredibly challenging.

Somewhere along the way, many of us started believing that healing should look a certain way. That if we're still grieving, still feeling lost, or still having hard days, even weeks or months after a breakup, we're somehow doing it wrong. But healing isn't linear.

Sometimes it means starting over when you never wanted to. Sometimes it means grieving not only the person, but also the future you imagined. Sometimes it means admitting you're not okay, setting boundaries that feel uncomfortable, and choosing yourself anyway. And sometimes the bravest thing you can do is trust that, even if you can't see it yet, this chapter isn't the end of your story.

Healing isn't about becoming someone else. It's about slowly coming home to yourself.

If you're in that season right now, I hope this reminds you to give yourself permission to heal at your own pace. ✨

You are not alone, and you will get through this.💕

She’s soft — but don’t mistake that for fragile.
Her softness is sacred. Her heart is her superpower.
She rebuilt herself with grace and fire —
and now she glows from the inside out. ✨

The best part of my 6-month coaching program is when we reflect on their journey with my clients from the beginning when we started working together.

We dove into deep wounds with Edit, but it was my greatest honor to be able to hold her hand and guide her throughout the process of strengthening her soul and heart after the loss of her babies and other, extremely hard challenges in life.

This is the real priceless part of my job when I can help someone “find their way back home” to themselves on every level.❤
I am so proud of you Edit!

If you have been called too sensitive, overdramatic, or a crybaby I totally feel you. I have been there many times too, where I let others make me believe that I am weak, or a fragile person.

If you cry easily over movies, or when someone cries, feel easily overwhelmed by crowds, tasks, bothered by loud noises, bright lights, and you feel like you feel everything deeper and stronger, it is a high chance that you are an HSP, aka a highly sensitive person.

Let me remind you that there is NOTHING wrong with you if you are one. Your nervous system simply works differently than others.

Ever since I learned to embrace my hypersensitivity it actually became a favorite trait of mine.

Let me tell you with a few examples why:

As HSPs:

-We feel deeper, we can see beauty on a different level

-We are very compassionate, and very caring (aka very good friends and coaches;))

-We are very intuitive

-We have a rich inner life, imagination

-We love deeply

-We are very aware of our environments and can sense someone else's mood

-We are spiritual

And the list goes on! I love being an HSP, honestly, I love a good cry, and being empathetic, especially since they come in handy being a coach!

If you are an HSP too, comment a 😎, so I can celebrate you and send you a big hug! You are never too much, and more than enough, just perfect as you are! Love you!❣️
