It has been a longgggg time since I posted on here! While some things have changed, the way I fuel my body has stayed the same 🥰

This is Primal-Aligned, Clean, and Gluten-Free.

To make this Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta, you need:
- shells
- butter 🧈
- Shrimp 🍤
-loads of organic garlic 🧄
-organic peppers 🌶️
-a solid dusting of Parmesan cheese 🧀
-fresh lemon 🍋 juice to take this to the next level!

Boil the pasta, and while that is cooking, cook your peppers & thawed raw shrimp in the butter & garlic. Squeeze the juice of half of a lemon and add Parmesan to your desired taste 😋
