It has been a longgggg time since I posted on here! While some things have changed, the way I fuel my body has stayed the same 🥰

This is Primal-Aligned, Clean, and Gluten-Free.

To make this Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta, you need:
- shells
- butter 🧈
- Shrimp 🍤
-loads of organic garlic 🧄
-organic peppers 🌶️
-a solid dusting of Parmesan cheese 🧀
-fresh lemon 🍋 juice to take this to the next level!

Boil the pasta, and while that is cooking, cook your peppers & thawed raw shrimp in the butter & garlic. Squeeze the juice of half of a lemon and add Parmesan to your desired taste 😋

If you’re looking to amp up a classic salad and STILL keep it good for ya, here’s how you can do it: ⬇️

Season and grill your chicken thighs with chicken seasoning (I like the one from ) 🌶😍

Use Parmesan 🧀 crisps instead of croutons for the crunch, which keeps it gluten-free and grain-free 😏

Grate some fresh Parmesan on top then drizzle on Caesar dressing! Enjoy! 💛🌻

Not only is eating seasonal produce great for your health, it’s also soooo delish!🤤

Lightly brush your beautiful peaches with butter then sprinkle some coconut or brown sugar top. Air fry them @400 for 6-8 minutes. Top with your fave Greek yogurt like & grain-free granola or nuts 🌰

Loving this and light dessert or snack idea! Grab your favorite berries (I used organic raspberries, strawberries 🍓, and blueberries 🫐) and make some homemade whipped cream 🍨

To make homemade whipped cream, use pasture-raised heavy whipping cream, sweetener (stevia) to taste, a splash of vanilla extract, and a splash of a almond extract 😛

This whipped cream goes great with berries, added onto plain Greek yogurt, or on its own for a little dose of happy! 💛🌻

Tonight’s dinner was an air-fried salmon, on a bed of wild rice 🌾 , and green beans 😛
I definitely needed the fuel after a big Cardio & Strength Class on

Wild-Caught Salmon is loaded with which reduces inflammation in the body. Inflammation➡️ disease 🦠 ☠️. 😉

Salads just hit differently when the weather is warmer! 🌞

This organic salad consists of: romaine lettuce 🥬, peppers 🌶, blue cheese 🧀 from , green apples 🍏, bacon 🥓 from , 🐓 thighs, topped with a homemade warm bacon 🥓 vinaigrette (not pictured 😀).

This is a great way to eat the rainbow 🌈
And yes, this is a mixing bowl 🤪
