It is with great sadness that we inform you that Atoka Medical Clinic will permanently close, effective August 7, 2026.
This decision was not made lightly. Due to unforeseen circumstances and recent health issues, we are no longer able to continue providing medical care through our practice. We are deeply grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in us over the years. It has been our privilege to care for you and your family.

If you need a medication refill before the clinic closes or would like to request a copy of your medical records, please contact our office as soon as possible at 901-296-1156. We encourage you to establish care with another healthcare provider if you choose, to ensure there is no interruption in your medical care.
We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to have served our community and thank you for allowing us to be a part of your healthcare journey.
