What a deeply nourishing day. 🌿
Grateful to have been invited to facilitate a healing wellness experience through movement, somatic release, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound — all centered around peace and self-love.

It was powerful to witness women creatives come together in such harmony —connecting and creating intention, and energy to uplift and heal. The presence of the horses was pure magic 🐎 — their medicine, their calm, their reflection — a reminder of how connected we truly are.

I’m filled with gratitude for the , for every woman who showed up with an open heart, and for the beauty of sisterhood and collaboration. The melanin was glowing today ✨ — seeing women of color and all of the women present reclaim and embody these ancient, sacred practices is medicine in itself. As an Indigenous woman native to this land, it fills my heart to witness us returning to our roots, our bodies, and our power.

And let’s not forget — the jewelry was stunning and the drinks and confections were everything! ☕️🧁💎

The Sacred Reset is a 2-hour outdoor wellness gathering designed to help you come home to yourself.

We’ll move through gentle somatic practices, breathwork, emotional release, sacred self-inquiry, and grounding rituals that allow you to regulate, reflect, and realign. This is not a yoga class — it’s a moment of sacred pause. A space to feel what’s real, and remember who you are beneath the noise.
