Meet the calm presence behind your mat ✨ 🧘‍♂️

I’m Kimberly Holm and yoga has been a meaningful part of my life for more than a decade. I completed my 200-hour training at The Yoga Loft in 2014, returned for my 500-hour training in 2016 and continued my studies again in 2025. Yoga has become a steady source of balance and clarity in my life and I am passionate about sharing those benefits with others.

My teaching style focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and creating a safe, encouraging space for students of all levels. I’m grateful for the beautiful space that JIVA provides for practice and for the opportunity to share yoga with our wonderful community.
